Despite doing “everything right,” relief remained just out of reach.

Eventually, Lehla made a pivotal decision: to listen more deeply to her body and explore healing beyond traditional frameworks.

What followed was a journey into holistic wellness — one that honoured the interconnectedness of physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual health. Through years of dedicated research, personal practice, and study, Lehla discovered natural methods that helped her reduce symptoms, restore balance, and reclaim her quality of life.

Today, she stands on the other side of chronic pain, not as someone who “fixed” herself overnight, but as someone who learned how to work with her body rather than against it.

Lehla now supports others on their own healing journeys, offering guidance rooted in lived experience, compassion, and respect for the body’s innate intelligence. If you're short on time, the guided meditation at the 20-minute mark offers an immediate shift in perspective and presence.
Watch the full class here https://youtu.be/yCFJuB_uPTo

Here’s a breakdown of some of the key takeaways in case you prefer to read or need a quick digest before diving in.

1. Understanding Manipura: Your Power Centre

The Manipura chakra — located in the solar plexus — is your internal seat of power. It’s not about dominance or aggression, but the quiet clarity and confidence that comes from living in alignment with your values.

Jay explains the difference between being overpowered by expectations or external voices versus empowered from within. Understanding where you source your energy from is the first step to reclaiming your creative authority.

2. Reframing Shame: A Signal, Not a Sentence

One of the most transformative moments in this class was Jay’s redefinition of shame. Instead of viewing it as something to be ashamed of — ironic, but common — she frames it as a signal pointing toward an internal boundary being crossed.
Shame, in this lens, is not a flaw. It’s feedback. When we listen without judgment, we can move through it rather than let it hold us back.

3. Breaking Free from Cultural Conditioning

Much of what we believe about our worth, especially as women, is shaped by early socialization and cultural narratives. Jay offers language and perspective to begin untangling those stories and shows how awareness can lead to choice.

When we recognize that we’ve been taught to shrink or perform, we can stop trying to fix ourselves — and instead focus on remembering who we are underneath all the noise.

4. A Grounding Meditation Practice

At the 20-minute mark of the class, Jay leads a guided meditation that helps reconnect you with your inner knowing. If you're feeling scattered, self-critical, or stuck in a loop of doubt, this practice is a powerful reset.

It’s not about clearing your mind or doing it perfectly. It’s about coming back to yourself — gently, and with intention.

5. Quality Over Quantity in Visibility and Business

We also discuss the importance of meaningful connection over vanity metrics. Whether you’re building a brand or showing up more consistently in your life, your presence matters more than your polish.

You don’t need a massive following to make a meaningful impact. You need to be real, consistent, and in integrity with yourself.

What’s Next?

If this conversation speaks to you, here are a couple of ways to continue the journey:
Learn more about Jay’s upcoming course "Path of Self-Acceptance" This powerful program integrates Kundalini yoga, meditation, and somatic practices for deeper personal transformation. I’ll break it down: Know who you’re talking to and why. Like — as in: do they like YOU, the real you, not the filtered or ‘professional’ version. And Trust — the hardest part — because even if you’re scared or messy or doubting yourself… you’re still ready.

This is about owning your weird, your brilliance, your realness. Because people don’t want perfect — they want human. And when you show up like that, doors fly open.

Entrepreneurship: The Personal Development Journey You Didn’t Know You Signed Up For

https://www.aderaangelucci.com/blog/entrepreneurship-the-personal-development-journey-you-didnt-know-you-signed-up-for

https://www.aderaangelucci.com/blog/entrepreneurship-the-personal-development-journey-you-didnt-know-you-signed-up-for#comments

Uncategorized

You start your business with a dream — to create freedom, impact, income, maybe even a legacy. But somewhere along the way, things start to feel… off. The spark dims. The results aren’t matching the effort. You wonder, what am I missing?
Here’s the truth I’ve come to know:
Entrepreneurship is the biggest spiritual and personal development journey you didn’t even know you signed up for.
It stretches you. It reveals you. It invites you — again and again — to get real about who you are and what you truly want.
So if you’re feeling stuck, in a rut, or questioning why things aren’t working out the way you’d hoped — it’s not a sign you’ve failed. It’s a sign that it’s time to reassess.
And it's easy to do.
Sometimes I take myself for a walk. Sometimes I pull out my trusty oracle cards to help me reconnect with my inner compass and get back to the core questions:

Who am I - right now?

What do I desire — really?

Not what I should want. Not what my past self decided. Not what the market told me.
The answers evolve. I evolve. And that’s a good thing.
The "how" part? That’s where it gets interesting. Because we can have a strategy, a plan, a vision board… but life (and the Universe) might have a different route in mind. We have to stay open. Curious. Flexible.
That’s where I see so many entrepreneurs lose steam — trying to control every twist and turn. But if you can trust the process, do the work when it shows up, and say yes to the next step (even when it feels uncertain), the magic unfolds.
Getting into the zone. Reconnecting with your energy. Trusting that you’re ready — even if it’s messy, even if you’re scared.
And then going for it.
Fully.
Knowing full well that another course correction is coming (because it always does). That’s not failure. That’s not inconsistency.
That’s growth.
And growth is the heartbeat of entrepreneurship.
Keep growing. And if you need to reassess, I’ve got you — oracle cards and all.
Sometimes you just need someone to SEE you and HEAR you, and have your back. Book a 20 minute Virtual Coffee Convo anytime and lets hear what your heart has in store for you next.

Repurpose YOU: How to Make Your Old Content New Again

https://www.aderaangelucci.com/blog/repurpose-you-how-to-make-your-old-content-new-again

https://www.aderaangelucci.com/blog/repurpose-you-how-to-make-your-old-content-new-again#comments

Uncategorized

In the world of creativity and content creation, we often feel the pressure to constantly generate new material. Fresh, innovative ideas undoubtedly capture attention, but what if I told you that repurposing existing content could be just as effective, if not more so? Sometimes, all it takes is a new perspective to make old content feel brand new.
We assume that our audience sees everything we put out there, but in reality, only a small fraction about 2% to 10% of our followers actually do. And for those who do see it, they often forget or are delighted to be reminded of your work again!
A Personal Experience on Repurposing At a recent leadership summit in Toronto, I encountered a situation that perfectly illustrated this point. We were given cards and asked to write 4 fascinating things about ourselves so that others could guess who we were. I hesitated. All my fascinating stories were in my book "Free Spirit", and I didn't want to repeat myself. When I expressed my dilemma to a colleague, she asked, "How many people here do you think have read your book?"
"Probably just one," I admitted.
She then suggested, "Why not mention something you have in common with someone else?" I followed her advice, and no one guessed it was me. I was thrilled with the result. This experience reminded me that repurposing our stories and content isn't just about repeating ourselves—it's about presenting them in new and engaging ways.
Three Easy Ways to Repurpose Your Content

Break Down Long-Form Content: Take any long-form video or podcast and edit it into smaller, digestible clips. Highlight key points and share them as individual posts. This not only saves time but also keeps your audience engaged with bite-sized insights.

Revitalize Old Blogs: Dig up an old blog post and create a quick video discussing it. Share a new perspective, highlight what you still appreciate about it, or explain how its relevance endures. This approach breathes new life into your existing content and allows you to connect with your audience in a fresh way.

Repost with a Twist: Go through your social media posts and select some that performed well or had meaningful content. Repost them with a new image and tweak a few words. This simple act can make your content feel current and keeps your message in front of your audience.

The Bottom Line Repurposing your content doesn't have to be complicated.

By putting a new spin on your existing material, you remind your audience that you are there and ready to help with what they need. Creativity isn't always about creating something new from scratch; it's about seeing the potential in what you already have and making it shine in a different light.

So, the next time you're feeling stuck or overwhelmed by the need to produce new content, remember these tips. Repurpose, reframe, and rediscover the value in your existing work.

You'll be amazed at how effectively you can engage your audience with a little ingenuity and a fresh perspective.

If you need help reach out anytime!
